Article II - Purpose

 A. To Honor Christ as individuals and as an organization.

 B. To Encourage and support families choosing to home educate.

 C. To Provide communication and fellowship through meetings, email and phone calls.

 D. To Provide education experiences for Homeschooling families through organized field trips, special events, and activities.

 E. To Promote Homeschooling in our community as an attractive educational alternative. 

Article III - Membership

 A. Eligibility for membership: is open to anyone presently home educating or thinking about it.

  B. Pays the annual dues. If dews are a hardship please let us know, we will work something out.

  C. Is an active member. We don't expect you to attend everything, but we would enjoy having  your child participate at some level.

Article IV - Board of Directors

 A. There shall be at least three and no more then seven family team (husband-wife) board members. Only one vote per family team.

 B. Standing offices are Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer/Secretary, and three voting Laymen.

 C. The board shall govern the said organization.

 D. The board will appoint new board members as needed.

 E. All board members must be actively Homeschooling.

 F. Office terms are to be two years with no more then two terms served. 

Article V - Amendments  

 A. These by-laws may be amended or rescinded by two-thirds majority vote of the board and the general member.
